1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Ladanov Nikolay Viktorovich (hereinafter referred to as the “Rights Holder”) and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of the Viral Pulse service (https://viralpulse.app/).

1.2. By using the service, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1. The Rights Holder grants the User the right to use the Viral Pulse service under a simple (non-exclusive) license in the following ways:

• Access to the service through the web interface
• Video content generation using service tools
• Use of additional features according to the selected subscription plan

3. Rights and Obligations

4. Liability

4.1. The Rights Holder is not responsible for:

• Content created by users using the service
• Possible losses associated with using the service
• Service interruptions caused by technical reasons

5. Term and Modification

5.1. This Agreement comes into effect from the moment the service is first used and is valid indefinitely.

5.2. The Rights Holder reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is made monthly
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided proportionally to the unused period
• For failed video creation attempts, refunds are only provided in the form of video credits
• AI-generated content (images and videos) is non-refundable after generation
• Credits used for AI content generation cannot be restored, regardless of satisfaction with results

7. Data Storage and Account Management

Regarding your data:

• We store basic user information (name, email, user_id) and created videos indefinitely
• Confidential information is not stored
• To delete your account, please write to nv.ladanov@gmail.com
• We do not create backups of user data

8. Terms of Use

• No daily or monthly usage limits
• Account sharing is allowed
• Commercial use is permitted
